A relaxing holiday

The price is for 2 Adults per night taxes included.

A child under the age of 3 will not have to pay. Any other child or adult will have to pay and extra 25€ per night.

Check-in is from 2pm to 8.30pm and check-out by 10.30am.

If you want to check-out later (between 10.30 and 12.00) you will have to give notice during the check-in and it will cost an extra 10€.

If you check-out after 12.00 you will have to pay the extra night.A later check-out without notice will cost you 40€.

To us cleanliness is fundamental. You will find a perfectly clean apartment. We ask you to help us to keep it as clean as possible out of respect.

When you check out, it is your duty to leave the kitchen and the kitchenwares clean.

During the check-in we give you a key card and we show you the apartment.

Duplicating the key card is strictly forbidden. If you lose the key card you will be asked to pay 100€.

The day-cleaning of the house and the towels replacement during your stay is not included.
It is recommended not to use Tv and any other audio device at high volume at night. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony, but please refrain from flicking cigarette butts over the edge.
Animals are not allowed.

Booking

You can book by telephone, travel agencies and online

You can be asked to pay a deposit or the total amount when you book.

You can pay cash, via bank transfer or cheque.

Your payment will be considered valid only after the transaction is completed and the money arrives in our bank account.

Cancellation Policy

If you booked online or with a travel agency your cancellation needs to be done in the same way. You may be charged part or the total amount.
